The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination,	消除种族歧视委员会，
Having considered reports from States parties concerning information about the ways in which individuals are identified as being members of a particular racial or ethnic group or groups,	审议了缔约国有关如何认明个人为某一特别种族或一个种族集团或一些种族集团成员的资料的报告，
Is of the opinion that such identification shall, if no justification exists to the contrary, be based upon self-identification by the individual concerned.	认为这类身份证明，如果没有相反的理由，应以有关个人的自我识别为根据。
